Refund Eligibility

Purchases made directly from WAVEPATH are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details, including the order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Exceptions

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items, customized goods, and digital downloads cannot be refunded. Sale items are refunded at the sale price.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
